The court was almost equally divided on this issue, 5 to 4 I believe the vote was. The issue for me is the 30 day and 60 time limits, I think they should stay.

Dropping a bomb shell like the Clinton movie "Ad" so close to election time is not good for the country. There needs to be enough time for a healthy debate about the issues, pro and con, BEFORE election day.
