As I'm messing with the footbox right now on my "right hand drive" Hurricane, what exactly has been done to widen the box? I've got a good deal of space on both sides of the tunnel and have already started modifying it for a bit more space....but then I've been known to do things over more than once for some obvious reason, well, obvious to everyone but me. any photos about how they did it so I can modify my "out of date" 1081? The RHD must have been a big deal at the time because I contacted nearly all the companies based in the US in 2006 and no one wanted to touch trying to modify their kit for me. We are not talking turn key minus here or complete cars. None of the kit manufactures responded with a yes except Hurricane and some of them never responded even after several emails. Maybe since then, they have decided since sales are declining, they need the business, I don't know, but there was never any hesitation from the original Hurricane owners about offering to try to do one for me. Even came with a really nice billet Flaming River one off steering rack. Same went for trying to help me set up for a non-Ford motor, hopefully the new company is on the same level or better, they sure seem to be so far.
