Sounds a little paranoid, but OK.
Control of emmissions is something we already do, the meanies have "control" over us! Call it Global warming or climate change fact is we DO have an emmissions problem, smog if you would. We need reasonable "controls" to reduce it, clean it up, make the air better and if that somehow helps "climate change", well OK, couldn't hurt.
