$3559 on $131K. This is in the lowest tax rate town of the county I live in. County, school and Community College fees are the same for everyone and City varies by each city. I live in a real small town and our rates are the lowest in the county. Your property tax rate is .012% based on what you posted, while mine is .0275 (according to my statement). .032 is the high end in the more well to do cities. Your property tax would be $11,000 in Lavon (where I live) and $12,800 in most of the rest of the county.
