Hello jdean,
I have had this paired up since June 2001. The C6 is a great
trans for this engine, but she started busting leaks. I have
a trany cooler which you will need. The pressure from the hp
is real high. The C-6 is getting re-sealed in January. Make sure
you have a good tech seal your trany, that is important. The Trans
is the only problem I have had.

I had this car professionally assembled for me. I am still learning
about my car so I can't answer all your questions. She is very solid. She does have a racing shift kit.

I will tell you before you get into your power, make sure you have 5 lug stainless steel 11" disc brakes all around. Use and upgrade
tubular A-Frame for the front with a rear stabilizer sway bar. I also needed a heavy guage front suspension because of the weight of the motor in turns. Going is not the problem in these rockets.
Thanks, Sean
