It is an SPF (gas tank shape, location of brake booster and some other queues). Obviously bought for salvage at an auction and the buyer lifted the drivetrain and what was left of the knock-off wheels, then bolted on whatever he had lying around and now trying to sell the heap for an enterprising individual. If that car was local I would have already cherry picked it for various do-dads and convinced the guy that everything else was ready for the crusher.
