I know you'll hate me for saying this, but at some point, and I'm not sure you're there yet (though I might be), I would either ditch the EFI or just buy another new engine. Tell Roush they can have it back and you would like a refund, or have them send a new carbed engine or worst case scenario, if Roush doesn't do the right thing, put it up for sale on the FE Forum and here.
This is WAY too much for me. It really shouldn't be that complicated.
