Make sure that the rear mount will allow some fore-and-aft movement of the sidepipe. If it cannot move, the expansion and contraction of the sidepipe will try to pry the bracket off the pipe. Depending upon how your mount is configured, slotting the mounting hole may provide the needed movement.
