What are the reasonably priced options for an ECU with the capability to run a supercharged motor (ie: 3 bar MAP sensor capability) with low impedance 96 lb/hr injectors?

Emissions compliance isn't an issue, as it's not for the Cobra.

I was thinking that there must be countless supercharged LS series Chev engines making decent numbers with the factory ECU and a tune. Any ideas on their suitability for a 900ish HP application, and what an ECU / harness / tuning function is worth?

Any better options?
