As Ron said, the LS3 E-Rod motor was announced at the SEMA show

SEMA and California Agencies Solve Titling Dilemma

It's my understanding that the LS3 is 50 State legal and comes with a computer, Cats, etc. to pass all smog requirements. My guess is that Ford Motorsports will offer a similar solution at some point in the future.

I haven't heard anything about SB100 being repealed.
