In a nutshell, I have an M800 Motec for the Cobra engine, and I know that it's excellent and can manage the 96lb/hr injectors without issue.

I'm looking at a similar style of engine that'll need a similar tune. With the countless high HP LS1 / LS2 combinations around the world, I thought I might be able to get a factury LS1 ECU and lightly used sensors for peanuts, spend a few bucks on wiring, then get an HPTuner / LS1Edit upgrade.

If factory ECUs can't cut it, I'd just duplicate my current setup with a second hand M800 and save the dyno time and money by using my current tune.
