regarding Uncle Todds car, it seems to be just what you're looking for (I don't know if it fits price wise...), except for the double roll bars. It would be very simple, easy and cheap to remove that second bar. Unbolting it and taking it out would be minutes, and any fiberglass experienced body shop can close those three small holes off as if they never existed in a day, and likely very reasonably. Just something to think about.......
