I read on another board the youth has some mental problems. He verbally attacks people often on buses.

"The guy on the receiving end seriously is sick. Not in a random connotation way, but in a mental disease way. I've talked with him on the 52. My long hair led to threats. He threatens Asian students at UCB (and not just Indonesians, who are told to die by another "street character"). He threatens anyone listening to headphones. And anyone who shows affection for the same apparent gender. As far as I've seen, he mostly rides the 52 (Telegraph in downtown Oakland, College from Oakland to Berkeley, briefly along Bancroft and Shattuck (BART stop), down College in Berkeley to the Amtrak stop). He often carried a boom box."

"A few years ago, he apparently got tasered at a baseball game for being too rowdy. He also flips people off on the streets of San Fran while waving a loaf of bread. Good stuff."
