Lots of folks that own Car X want to think that one encounter proves that all versions of Car X are better than all versions of Car Y regardless of the drivers, track or conditions. In reality, each encounter is unique. There are circumstances where Car X will excel and other circumstances where Car Y will win. For example, I've been on one track when my Cobra was clearly faster than a C5 Z06. Yet on another track I couldn't keep up, much less catch one. Each car, driver and situation is unique.
