My SPF coupe is insured by USAA as a 1965 Superformance. $1 million liability and bodily injury, $100K medical, $1000 collision deductible, no mileage limit. It was just regular insurance to them. Annual premium just under $800. USAA used to be restricted to active and retired military officers, but they have opened it up some, so it could be worth checking.
