My wife is a seamstress and noticed the same thing. Lining up the front is a sign of a high quality shirt. They actually put the seams on the sides so the back looks good as well. Look at Tommy Bahama or Tori Richards Aloha shirts and they line up perfectly, but you're paying $100+ for one.
