Default COurt says No to Net Neutrality

I do not understand all of the implications here, but it did get me to thinking. I still think the Internet remains an open place, relatively unburdened by regulations and untaxed. IT stands to reason that it may represent a micrcosm of what "free" systems do when they are minimally regulated (and untaxed), unlike our econmomy. We are so used to our complex system that we have no idea what it would be like if the layers upon layers of government controls were removed. But, the government will get its grimy hands on the Internet sooner or later. Maybe someone will use it for terrorism... giving the government its "crisis" so it can step in. Who knows. But when they do, I hope savvy researchers keep an eye on the "cause and effect" issues and unintended consequences.
