This decision has been dragging on forever. When .xxx was first approved it was delayed by pressure from the Bush administration. The labels should be granted based on their technical merits and be content agnostic. If you consider that all the porn that exists today does so in existing TLD space. .XXX is simply a label of content, not the content it self... The regulatory body needs to get this approved and move on.
