John, SVO sells a "KIT" to change the mustang drums to Disc. Very simple swap.
If you go to a 9", who ever sells you the housing needs to sell you the same configuration of the brackets as an 8.8.

Just so you know I ran / raced the Viper powered Double Venom with an 8.8 for years!
