I don't see why anyone should be upset. They were just talking about the # 3 on a NASCAR show two days ago and while Childress still has the number, he isn't using it and any other team could claim it. But out of respect to Dale Sr., none of them will do it. However there will come a day with the new teams and people that didn't know him and one of them will claim that number. I think it should be used enough for Childress to retain possession of it.
