60 MPH
3500 RPM
4th gear = 1 : 1
Final Ratio = 4.1 : 1
12 inches / foot
5280 feet / mile
60 minutes / hour

( 4.1 * 12 * 5280 * 60 ) / (3500 * 60 ) = 74.2" circumference

74.2 / PI = 23.6" diameter
