Default help please ford xe xf front suspension

I am hoping someone has a solution to the problem I am facing. I have Ford XE front upper and lower control arms and stub axle, the steering rack arms are not parallell with the lower control arms therefore creating too much bump steer. I can not modify the stub axle as it is cast. I can not lower the steering rack without cutting the chassis, which obviuosly I don't want to do. Does anyone know of any obvious solution or not so obvious.
Cheers Damo
