Here in good ole Louisiana it's 38 cents per gallon on gas and diesel............

Starting July 2011 state excise tax will be 35.3 cents a gallon, federal excise tax will be 24.4 cents per gallon, then add state sales tax on top of that. where I live that is another 8.75% per gallon. This is on diesel.
