Contact a reputable New or used car dealer in your area, talk to the used car manager . They have vendors that come to the lots weekly to do minor upholstery repairs, (burns, tears, rips, etc) get the persons phone # and give him a call. These guys can do wonders many times. If they are unable to help maybe you need to have a new insert installed.
