I thought it a bit unfair on the reporting side. They really made it sound like TDE is using false advertising. They do offer Safe and Educational programs. I have not yet gotten the opportunity to go out there, but I am sure that like any other driving program like this they let you know about the risks and require you to acknowledge them prior to you getting on the track or in a car. I don't think any reasonable person would qualify driving over 100 MPH with 3 other cars and actively passing each other as "Safe". It is racing and racing has risks. That is why it was on his bucket list. They could have easily drove around in a single file line going less than 70MPH and gave him a safe ride. I am betting that is not what he wanted or what he paid for. This is nothing more than an unfortunate side effect of racing.
