Spellcheck says RTA is RAT. Man that's ridiculous. The engineers report is the final word. The engineer is more qualified than the RTA inspector. Maybe the old tale is true...A bloke built a hotrod, an engineer passed it, the bloke crashed, the bloke sued the engineer, the engineer sued the RTA. Good luck with the next phase.
