Too late, i spoke to the same engineer last week and he isnt taking on any new ICV's. Not because of the RTA though. He is going to do my torsion and beam test for me though. Its a shame because he sounds like a really nice guy on the phone.

Also, To whom it may concern, I do love the RTA - (mine is the fake aluminium fake one that is coming up for engineering soon hopefully), and I recognise you guys are just doing your job, are not out to get me, are not jealous or *****y, and only want cars that pass the relevant standard on the road.
