It's pretty funny to hear folks who are 25 , 30 or so think that 40 or thereabouts, is "old" . Age is relative. Some folks live to 120, and look and feel young at 40. Some folks live to 60, and are old at 35.
What you do with what you have is also part of it. I run 2.5 miles a day, lift weights, train in Jeet Kune Do, a very demanding martial art. I can also run a sub 6 minute mile. If you are feelin' old, get out and start working out, eat right, // usually a lot less food (and beer?) is needed, from looking around at my fellow Americans
Teenage girls still ogle me, so I must have something going for me still, old gpa of 41 that I am...right in the median age for us cobra geezers.....LOL
