Andy,

You need to insulate your roof with 50mm fibreglass anticon on mesh.
It will stop the condensation from hanging on the underside of the sheeting.
If you look around at metal roofs on these cold mornings you will notice which ones are insulated directly under the sheeting, they are wet on top of the sheeting.

Sometimes on a house you can see the difference where the insulation is,
they will insulate the main house area but not the garage, therefore the condensation is on top of the sheeting over the house and the garage roof will be dry because the condensation is hanging from the underside.
