The event hotel is always the Holiday Inn Express in Rehoboth. Rob will usually get a block of rooms for the event. This is a very busy time of year in Rehoboth, so when the rooms are blocked. get one. Last year we went to the veteran's home for the first time, on Friday morning, then went go karting in the afternoon, after lunch at the Surfin' Crab. Saturday is a run in the countryside, followed by lunch at Seacrets in Ocean City, and a BBQ at Rob's home Sat night. Sun is breakfast and burnouts.

What started out as a 3 day event for us, 5 or 6 years ago, has now become a 6 day. Rehoboth has tons of outlet stores, and it's sidewalk sale weekend. So now the wife has Wed Thur Fri to shop. The smell of burning plastic rivals the smell of burning rubber all weekend.

This is a very relaxed and fun weekend trip, and great hosts.
