I had something similar. I have rims with old racing tires on them for sale here on CC and I get an e-mail from a guy. It was even discussed that the tires were old and that I would not use them to drive on. We e-mail back and forth on the price and I agree to an offer. He then wants me to send more pictures of them. Then he says something about the tires being unusable (we had already discussed that).

We had discussed all of the pros and cons. He made an offer that I accepted (close to 50% less then advertised). Then nothing. Not even an "I changed my mind".

Oh well, What the he!!.
