You know me personally, I have no vendetta, it's just the time involved and of course the extra work. When you have things that need to be done, one doesn't need to be running around in circles!

Now I have done countless hours of foot work, answering e-mails, phone calls for legitimate buyers for years, AND will continue to do so. If the Well goes dry, the shingles all blew off in a storm OR the guy simply changed his mind! That's all part of the business, but to have someone, especially from this forum not even send a "sorry, I just can't afford it after all." Is NOT to much to ask.
