If you are interested in just converting to a locker I have both a Detroit Soft LOCK and a Torsen locker for a Dana 44 with 19 spline stub axles and 3.31 gears. They are both in excellent condition with just test runs on them. I know you are looking to convert to 30 spline but this could be a cheaper alternative. I have 652 LB/Ft of torque and have not twisted a 19 spline stub shaft off yet.
I went back to the stock Salisbury LSD because it worked better than the other lockers I tried.
