no i know you werent mike, it was a pretty rare accident, any mention of escalators brings back the memories, but they are a lot safer nowadays, di fingleton the qld magistrate is the only other person ive heard of who had the same accident and lost a couple of fingers.its funny when people ask how i lost them and i say on escalators and they say no way what when the doors shut
