I would cast my vote for Jerry White at JNW Engine and Machine in Santa Rosa. He is a third generation machinist with much performance engine building experience. He has a steady business rehoning NASCAR engine heads and rebuilt my 351W. He is a very trustworthy chap. Check out http://jnweng.com/
