so with the clear sight windows you should not see an actual fuel level. if you do the level is too high.
my barry grant carb did the same thing, I called the tech dept at barry grant, they told me to have front bowl at a quarter, of the sight glass and the rear bowl at the bottom of the sight glass, and guess what no more stalling.
