I believe that the confusion was due to how ticketing is normally handled. Incline handles the booking for the tours for the lodge and usually provides shuttle service to and from Incline and the Thunderbird lodge. However, since I know most folks would not be comfortable with leaving their cars parked at Incline Village, I made special arrangements with the Lodge and Incline to park our cars at the Lodge for our visit.
Note: For those going to Snakes and that have not been on this tour it is very interesting and worth the price of admission.
