Default Do you have inside or outside brakes?

Z-linkCobra Gene I have the same problem from racing. I started with a stock cover and breather tube. I blew oil all over the car of the car. I tryed a long hose with the same problem. I upped the power to the rearend and went to an LWP rear cover that supports the carrier caps. I went to a shorter hose and a catch can with a small breather on top. This stopped the problem of oil all around the rear of the car. The real problem is ALOT of heat in the back of the car from the engine going down the tunnel and the rear inboard brakes. Alot of dead air that gets real hot. i also have a fire proof blanet for the tunnel of the car. This doesn't help either. Cobra restorers sells ducts for the front and rear brakes that help scoop the air up and push out the hot air. A couple of guys use blower fans like Nascar. I tryed synthetic oil and made no real differents. boaters world sells 3" and 4" bildge fans that work well. Have to watch for too much heat and wire relays for them. Need a good charging system also. Rick L.
