Jim Inglese is finished rebuilding my Webers and replacing the intake manifold. Here are two pictures of it just sitting on the engine block so Jim can take measurements for the throttle linkage. Next, the engine goes back to Dan Delena so he can mate the new manifold to the block and replace the painted valve covers with silver ceramic coated ones. Then back into the car and, hopefully, road testing before too long. I really like the period fittings and fuel lines Jim sourced, which wasn't easy! Can't wait to fire it up!
The stainless switch in the foreground of this picture is a flow regulator to the
oil cooler. I expect that most times I'll have it completely shut-off in order to keep the engine heat up.
I also have new stacks and screens coming from MacTrumpet in Germany. They look really cool.
