Do your research. You are where most start out once they decide they have to have one. Don't jump in too quick or you "may" not end up happy with your choice. There are many variations of the cobra 260,289,289FIA, USRRC, 427 Street, 427 SC, 427 Comp just to name the major differences. & there are many variances within those cars.
There are many different replica cars made. Many companies have gone by the wayside for one reason or another. Some are still producing cars. Some for decades now. As there are many variances with the Original cars there are even more with the different Replica MFGs. If you want to be really happy with your choice start digging in, try to figure out all these little nuances. If you have specific questions about a certain car, don't be afraid to ask. This website is likely to be your best resource for Cobra & Cobra Replica information. Be patient & have fun with it. Buy some books & learn as much about the history of these cars as you can. Good luck!
