Thanks Mikestang..everyone's tips and experiences help guys like me about to make the move...Never really thought about your tip as I do use the tubing cutter alot at work. ( another apllication)

I do know that the burr is a big deal and will be cleaning up these ends very well....

A local rental shop rents out a double flaring tool set... at 7 bucks a 1/2 day we shall see if its a POS or not...LOL It isn't SS so it should work.
