Default Oil Drain Plug Gasket Suggestion

I changed the oil on my Roush 402 and installed a new copper washer on the oil drain plug. After test driving it (test drove, cleaned the area thoroughly, and test drove the car again) I noticed some seepage around the drain plug.

It's not even enough to drip on the floor and I know it's not coming from another source. The drain plug can't be tightened any more.

Anyone have any suggestions for another type of gasket (rubber?) or a gasket to use in conjunction with the copper ring? Maybe a little dab of high temp RTV?
