Since the car was already inflated price wise I decided to stick the owner with the bill. Remember, he not only had to pay the listing fee, but the buyer and seller fees on the sale. I did send a letter to BJ afterwards and got a nice response that stated "we will look in to it". Never did hear anything else about it. They know it goes on.....
