Hey Kurt,
You know I really don't know who made the "FIA" wheels originally. Probably Halibrand but the experts here would know for sure. I guess most refer to "Halibrands" as the 427 style of wheel. Just as "Sunburst", "FIA", "Kidney Bean", are all different but probably made by the same people. The "427" wheels look equally as good and most people couldn't tell you the difference but it's always the ones that appreciate the "right stuff".
