Nice post. I made up my mind a long time ago that
I will use a Mod motor. I can see less to be done to make it even stronger for turbo or supercharging. I prefer superchargers. I have a friend that has the terminator supercharged and I cannot stop thinking
about how that thing pulls. The torque levels at 5800 RPM's which is unbelievable but I saw it and felt it. Most engines quit around 5200 RPM's
To me this is the wave of the future for Normally aspirated engines. I love the LS engines but they
are at their limit as far as I can see. Push it any more and longevity is compromised.
The mod motor has more moving parts but those parts take a load off singletary operative parts doing more than on thing.
Oh yeah, The mileage is incredible for a performance engine as well.
