Mark Smith Officially Resigns as Officer of FFR
I'm not on Facebook, but I came across a post from Mark Smith announcing that he is officially resigning as an officer of FFR, retaining 50% share of the company.

I don't think it's a big surprise (or has any impact to FFR), since Mark's passion is to build a green performance car at his new company called Smyth Performance.
