I'm not sure and I could be wrong, but I think my 48mm IDFs have got #6 AN fittings installed (3/8" pipe?). I can't verify that right now because they're at a friends house being detailed, but as soon as I can check it I'll let you know. For all I know, they may have been modified to accept those fittings.
