It is futher agreed and acknowledged by all ex members, current members,and future members that any exposure to some degree, or any type or form or species of "COBRA FEVER", with all it's problems and deiciencies will not be held against or have any ill will towards our club,representatives, agent or affiliates.
Having read this disclaimer and release, in consideration to being granted access to the "Windy City Cobra Club" you will hereby and forwith agree to hold harmless all the club,representatives, agent or affiliates from any claims, damages losses, costs or expenses incurred, or other wise susatined by afore mentioned "COBRA FEVER".
Please be advised that you will attend WCCC meetings at your own risk as we have no life guard on duty.
