John, I've had the same problems lately. My customer's sidepipes are on their 3rd trip to Jet Hot. Dented, coating thin in areas, scratched, Filled with their cleaning beads. I spent an hour trying to get those out. Their customer service man (Bob) gave me the excuse of only being with the company for 2 months so he's can't be held responsible for past performance. It's real easy for them to say ship it back but it's a pain in the butt. I've started using M&R coatings. They've done nice work at about half the cost. I'm also done with Jet Hot.
