I second the vote on Midwest Classic and Robbin Terry. Excellent service and WAY cheaper than State Farm (I have been a SF customer since 1986 and have two other cars and a house with them). You can pick the annual mileage. I have 5,000 miles which works fine for me, but you can go higher.
